It's "traces" of a staph infection. Only in wrestling would a potentially deadly infection be the less serious medical diagnosis. And clearly, all these diseases running around as of late are JBL's fault. If he wasn't so into terrorizing guys in the shower room, germs and bacteria would be getting washed down the drain, not floating around in wrestlers' bloodstreams.
