I am Auntie x 4, now. "Quiet" Wyatt has rock and rolled his way into my nutcase family. Them's the genetic breaks, kid. My completely unbaised opinion is that he's a cutiepie.
The new M&M candy bars are soooooo tasty.
Still having a craptacular week on numerous fronts. The husband is being a 6foot tall asshole. I love you, honey Co-workers are doing their very best to be ultra-toolish. Even the cat is insane and bitey. Please don't bite the sofa arm. Mommy is loving the kitty not the behaviour... Mommy doesn't bite the kitty's belongings.... Cat! Knock it off!"
I've been on a huge writing binge. Nothing got completed, of course. But I trudged though a lot of icky stuff: sentences that were worded screwy, openings I hated, getting verb tenses in the same... uh, tense. Nothing fun, but stuff that still makes me feel productive and writery and not as crappy a writer as I peg myself when I can't slog through the above
So, to wrap up. Still feeling whiney, underappreciated. Still craving to hide under my blankets and sleep until next spring. Still upset. Still sick and throw-uppy. Still working on my grinning and bearing it smile.
