This and That

This is just Raw in general crap, spoilery stuff behind the cut.

Not to get all uptighty, auto-righteous smarky, but recently both Jericho and Benoit have gotten watchable matches out of Mark Henry. That is a skill. A skill that should be treasured. Not only did they make themselves worth tuning into Raw for, they made Bathroom Break Mark Henry worth sticking around for. A lot of wrestler lack that skill, esp. when paired with someone outside of their style of wrestling. Edge is an example of that. He's entertaining to watch for himself, and when paired with a similar wrestler he makes for good matches, but put him with a glump and the match is pretty dull.

The glump should have to be entertaining, too. I'm not excusing the glump. I'm just saying, that someone who can make an opponent look interesting, is worth more than someone who can only make him or herself look good.

Raw has had so much great continuity lately. Storylines are actually getting remembered and remarked on. The favor thing worked out so cool. I really like simple, believable, little arcs like that, rather than wacked out, crazy plots. /smark
