Merry Christmas!

The roasted root vegetables with apples turned out YUM. The roast beef with mushroom ragout was over done. I knew I mistrusted Giada L for good reason. Plus, I did not have as many onions in the pantry as I thought, so for the ragout I had to chop a handful of boiler onions. Very tedious.

Now for banana cookies!
